Early season variety that produces rock-solid, densely packed, medium sized, grey-green round heads with short-cored, creamy white hearts in a lovely crisp texture. The fine savoy leaves have a rich flavor. Plants may form smaller side-heads after the main head is harvested. These are delicious too. Resist yellow, black rot and splitting.
